To all our valued customers. Due to the recent guidelines implemented by the government regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Family Pools is restricted from opening the doors to the public. Although we are working remotely, we are offering non-contact services. Here are a few ways you can get in touch with us in the event you need water testing, products or in-store repairs.
- Water testing: leave your sample in a marked container in the drop off box located at the right side of the front door and we will contact you with the results.
- Chemicals, toys, floats or testing supplies will be available a few different ways: call the main number 978 688 8307 ext. 28 or email Tiffany at Tiffany@familypoolsonline.com. We will get in touch with you and set up prepaid non-contact pick up or we can deliver on a town-by- town basis.
- Parts, new safety covers, or non-contact in store repairs: call ext. 23 or email Kevin at Kevin@familypoolsonline.com.
