Family Pools has created a new Maintenance Department - to provide our customers complete pool care. This department works closely with our current Service Dept to provide affordable weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pool cleaning and water balancing. We are confident that you will obtain many benefits from our services. First, and most importantly, you will always have a clean pool with healthy water conditions. In addition, you will receive our May sale prices on all chemicals for the entire season. Furthermore, these chemicals will be sold by the pound so you will only be purchasing the amount you need. Only your routine sanitizer will be stored at your home. This savings in chemical costs can help offset a portion of the labor costs of your maintenance. Complete Pool Maintenance

The Complete Pool Maintenance plan includes:

• Cleaning Pool – Vacuuming, brushing, skimming, emptying baskets, and backwashing (cleaning filter when necessary)
• Water Balancing –Testing and Adjusting

Pricing (includes vacuuming and water testing):

• Weekly $60.00 plus Chemicals
• Bi-Weekly (every other week) $75.00 plus Chemicals

Water and Filter Maintenance

The Water and Filter Maintenance plan includes:

• Water Balancing - Testing and Adjusting
• Filter Maintenance - Checking pressures and emptying baskets.
• Backwashing filter when necessary.
• Weekly , Bi-weekly , or Monthly

Pricing:

• Starting at $35.00 plus Chemicals
• Add $45.00 for cleaning non-backwashing filters (Cartridge/Combo filters)

Spring Clean-Up

The Spring Clean-Up Maintenance plan includes 2 visits:

• One Major vacuuming and cleaning,
• One Touch-up - Vacuuming, Backwashing filter as necessary, Water balancing.

Pricing:

• $200.00 plus Chemicals
• Add $25.00 to clean non-backwashing filter (Regularly priced at $45.00)
• Additional trips at your request are $75 per visit.
