Off Season at Family Pools

Happy New Year & thank you for visiting Family Pools. We’re all resting up so we’ll be full of energy and ready to go when the next great pool season arrives! We can’t ask for anymore than we got last year…what a great summer!

Meanwhile, we’re not in house everyday but our store is open two to three days per week during the off season to accommodate any of your pool or spa needs. We know some people have indoor pools, some have spas, and we service many of the surrounding hotels and commercial properties in the area with indoor facilities. See our Winter Hours.

Our Water Lab is open year round and we do have people in the Service Department most of the time. Although we do not have a Parts associate on hand or a Sales associate for New Pools due to our lack of normal store flow this time of year, the associate on hand can obtain answers for any questions that go unsatisfied and can order anything you need that may not be in stock. You can be sure that he or she will get back to you with all the information you may require.

If it is a New Pool Sales associate you are requesting, please feel free to stop in for a brochure or call and leave us your name and contact information and Glenn will get in touch with you to answer questions on the phone or meet with you to discuss your needs and options. We gladly accommodate and encourage off season appointments since we do book up well in advance of actual construction time.
